!! All F*ed up !!! No matter what

Max tucker says "A**holes finish first !!" ....just after his wish to see if they could serve beer in hell. If people think he is right, can we call A**holes to all who make it in forbes list. Jokes apart, did you notice all the developed countries, successful people, institutions, companies , management teams etc make constant blunders in series and call it "BAD TIME"

To begin with, i would like to make this a platform/forum for ppl to discuss blunders and what could have made the positive impact if things would have done differently.
